I am a vegetarian, and I was wondering whether a non meat diet is possible for a body builder? Anyone who is a vegetarian or on a non meat diet, please give me some valuable insights...Thank you

Yes, but it is tougher. You have to be very dilligent about mixing the right vegetable proteins sources together to get the right amino acid intake. Most vegetarian sources of protein are lacking in an essential amino acid. For instance combine grains, breads, cerals with legumes...beans, peas, peanuts, letntils or these with seeds and nuts. If you drink milk, you can combine grains/nuts with it also.

Do you eat eggs?
They're obviously another good source if you eat them.

Man you would have to eat a lot of eggs and vegies to get a good amount of protein to gain mass, but you won't have a hard time getting the carbs.

Don't forget about tofu, very good source of protein.
