In small amounts, it won't hurt you. Depends really on how strict your diet is. I personally never eat it due to the sugar, but if you can handle it in your diet....

I'm not looking to get into any competitions or anything, so I guess that it'll be alright. I'm just trying to overall gain some mass you know?

My husband eats ketchup on EVERYTHING! I think it's gross. He even puts it on burritos. Yuck! I think it just depends on what your goals are. My hubs is an ox, so it's not like he really needs to worry about it. If you like it, and aren't eating a ton of it, I think it would be fine.

Mustard is alright, I do use it on other foods. Those low fat dressing, aren't they high in sugar also? Wouldn't it be the same as eating Ketchup? lol about the ranch dressing. Do you really love ranch that much?

Dressings are pretty tricky - typically to make a high-fat dressing (like ranch, french, etc, the creamy ones) low-fat, they substitute fat for carbohydrates. This usually results in a lower over-all calorie content, so it may suit your purposes.
Some dressings, like fat-free italian, typically have hardly any carbs or calories per serving. Kraft makes one called Sun-dried tomatoe parmesan. Only like 2gfat/4gcarbs per serving, and it's pretty damn tasty.
Just keep in mind one serving is 2tablespoons - it's easy to really go overboard with dressing.

stick yoru fork in it, then on the meat etc.......lasts longer and you don't gob it up.
mostthe non fat dressing I get are like 7-10 carb serving, long as I don't bathe it in it.

I looked at my ketchup bottle it has 4 grams of sugar per tbs. doesnt seem like to much to me. A glass of apple juice which I mix my creatine in has 28 grams in 8 oz.
