Ive gained loads of by eating a lot of complex carbs and protiens and also plenty of good food however the time has now come to lose the fat. Ive bought a rowing machine as ive heard they are the best for an all round workout, the only problem is ive heard cardio can destroy your muscles. IM really scared ill turn into someone really skinny and ill lose all the work its taken me 4 months too get. Will i definately lose muscle or is there anyway of keeping muscles increasing and losing the fat :(

Keep your protein up, keep your training heavy, and you will do fine. Don't cut calories at too rapid a pace, an instant muscle loss. Cut sensibly, around 250 per day max and let it run its course. Then proceed again with any caloric deficit means, whether diet, more exercise, or a combination thereof. Another calorie cut is usually prudent.

Just as bb1 said, the slower you loose it the better, when i cut i usually shoot for loosing a pound a week and no more.
