I found this exercise program. It's circuit training and it is great to use to vary a bit from other "typical" routines:

That looks pretty intense!
I don't think I could cope with legs 3 days a week!

I've done something similar to this in the past. I really like continuously moving when I'm in the gym - seems to be a good workout *and* I never feel like I'm "wasting" my time with rest.
That said...I usually did 8-12 reps. Any reason for 15-20? That seems excessive/not heavy enough weight.

It's circuit training -half weight training -half cardio
No real heavy weights are used and more reps.
It's not great for serious muscle construction but to vary, get toned and for fat loss, it's great.

You have already found one. Fill out your exercise profile and stuff and select an Ab Workout.

hmm...I checked out the jeanpaul workout site; it looks like something I would like to try. However, does anyone know what butt blasters are?:(

butt blasters are done on a machine by the same name. Or you can do it by going on your hands and knees, and kicking your heels up to the ceiling or at a 45 degree angle.:)
