bought as a stack to increase strength,testosterone etc...
knowing basic info on takeing the product...
so the question is about the training with it!

i know efforts should be increased to attempt heavier lifts or at least 'that elusive extra rep and progress may come easier- i have a four day split- each bodypart once a week..

question 1) is would it better that i train each body part twice over 8 days or continue with once in every 7 days?

question 2) is if i'm following a grocery list such as bbfits thread and get a good diet from it- should i be eating alot more than would gain me a pound a week?
even tell me if you think the pills are good or bad.
suggestions in any form would be good?

WEll I think that unless you plan to compete on a pro level anything more than regular supps are a waste of money and dangerous. As for your workouts if you have been following the same one(every 7 days) then change it up! I see nothing wrong with the twice a week workout used as a ahock method. And I have to say that I like the once a week split for me but then I lift heavy enough that any more than that would cause injury. You have to see what works best for you.

Train instinctively and eat instinctively. These are supplements...it is a bit odd taking them together. 6 oxo is usually used for pct.

Just because they sell them together does not mean to take them together. As mentioned, 6 oxo is normally reserved for PCT. This is probably why they are sold together. If you are going to go the PH route, try 1ad by itself, especially if this is your first time, and follow it up with 6 oxo for the same period of time as your PH cycle. You may want to throw in some Milk Thistle also in your PCT for any liver problems that may occur. Be careful.

and seriously, i thank you two for your responses as it is educational, further it's great as i feel your honesty. i'm always prepared for a pat on the back for my ideas, or a real verbal beating here for doing/saying something stupid... cheers lads (i talk too much sorry)

okay- I was thinking myself of starting off with a defined goal of 4 maybe 5 weeks AD and then PCT with the oxo - playing it by result to begin with. like if it all appears in order and gains are coming.

Week one complete- i noticed nothing till 3 day and that was i couldn't hardly sleep all night. after that I found my usual 8 rep sets far too easy ??? is that psychological? i had to increase my lifts by about a kilo on every exercise so something is happening to me, maybe aggression enough to just do better or ???

so anyway it's great except a mad craving for chips which is something i eat normally once in a month or less.

On your first cycle, I would do 4 weeks.

If you experience any "symptoms" on your PCT, 6 oxo may not be enough and you may want to have some Nolva on hand.

You do know on your PCT go as long as you do on your "on cycle". I would recommend 600mg. per day, tapering down as you go. For instance, 200 in the morning, and 400 in the evening.

I may add I am not a fan of PH's, but knowlege is power.:big_smile:

i was typing a long explanation but lost it, so i'm gonna a do a quick performance after 2 weeks on this , 3 a day, plus teaspoon creatine and a protein shake and amino pills to ensure i'm getting them all, and a harder push at diet and training...

strong food cravings for things i haven't eaten for 2 years now, i taught myself not too; chocolate, biscuits, chips, sugary things- i think it's because i'm not eating enoughof the strict regime so need energy foods and sugar does this quick.

waist measures the same as 2 weeks ago, everything else is 1/2 to an inch bigger... )no except that!!)

weights tossed about in the gym- was easy to increase strength in legs/chest/triceps/biceps.... I was more aggressive in the gym!!!

i got bruises on my tricep/bicep after training second week end!!!

i'm pleased with the results even if it's psychological and/or the pill. I'm saving the oxo for pct... draw back is going to the loo... it stinks awful, i mean AWFUL!
