Is it realistic to think that if I cut down on protion sizes that i can eat what I want and lose weight? I can't stand the thought of cutting out foods that I enjoy but so far I have not been able to lose anything. I have added more water to my diet but every so often I want some juice.

Garbage in, garbage out.

Honestly, you only get out what you put into your diet. If you are not willing to give up your treats, then your going to plataue.

Cutting down portion sizes on the junk food is a good start, but realistically you need to avoid them. A treat is called a treat because you only have it once in a blue moon.

Maybe with a bit more information on yourself and your diet we could help you out better. Fill out a profile and maybe post your about your daily diet/intake, as well as your goals.

- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.

Technically, yes, since a caloric defecit will lead to weight loss. However, eating healthy has numerous advantages over simply eating less junk. Two biggies are better appetite control (fiber, slower-digesting carbs, regulated insulin levels) and you get to eat more (1 cup choppped green veggies is around 60 calories, 1 cup ice cream is what, 350 calories?) Plus numerous general health advantages related to everything from your heart to your brain.
