I just wanted to write to say thanks to everybody fo all their information and helping out everyone. I just started my 12 week mass program and saw it only had 3 leg exercises and one of those was for calves and I was like, this is never going to work and I probaby won't even feel anything afterwards. Well, two days later and my legs are killing me. The good feeling though. I am excited to start this program. Thanks again everyone.
Cool man , that is wonderful. I am in my 2nd 8 week mass program, haven't gotten the nerve up to start the 12 week program yet. Good luck, I suspect you'll be feeling sore often!
