I work approx 3 night shifts a week and 1 back shift and it did take a bit of getting used to.
I always have breakfast when I get up regardless of when that is and try to eat every 3-4 hours thereafter.
Until recently I was posting my meals in the "starting over again II" thread at the top of this board - that will give you an idea of meal times etc.
I always take a supply of things like protein bars, nuts or tuna salad for when I'm at work.

I work 4-9 hour night shifts, and found my eating habits very hard to adjust. Getting much better this past month. Like Princess I too have breakfast when I wake up regardless of time usually around 6, then I eat every 3 hours after that. After 7 am, I try to cut out my carbs.
