Officially introduce yourself to the community by sharing your goals, obstacles or accomplishments. Don't be shy.. we're all here for the same reason. The more support we share the easier it will be to reach our goals!
And by loser, I mean lbs, handles, freshmen 20 although I haven't been a freshmen for a feww years : )
Anyway, I'm excited about all of the community support I see here, thanks for giving a newbie a good first impression. I feel like I can reach my goals already and I haven't even started working out yet! That's a good sign folks.
