Im sure some of you have already done this and know what its called, but i just got turned on to it last night. To do the exercise youll need a buddy to help you. Get on your knees in front of them facing away from the spotter. They will then stand on your toes to hold you down to floor. Once your comfortable with the hold, lean over towards the floor with upper body as far as you can go without face planting, then come back up to upright position. Like I said i dont know what its called but my legs are feeling it today, lol. Just letting yall in on something new i tried and think i enjoy, lol. Give it a shot and let me know what you think. Oh btw may wanna get something soft to kneel on if your knees are sensitive.
