Hey! Im 16 years old, im about 5'4'' and 145 pounds but I'd like to lose about 15. I have no idea what I should eat, how much cardio I should do or anything. The places that I want to work on the most are my thighs and stomach-just like any other person, so if someone could give me some excersies to do, along with a general plan to follow, that'd be awesome! :) Thank you so much.
