i was wondering if it's true... a friend, who's got experience in dieting, told me that in diets like mine (it's described in a post with a subject PLEASE HELP ME - i know, bad subject, i apologize - it's basically 20 days diet with different foods every couple of days), you don't lose weight at the beginning, but then drastically lose weight in the end...
could that be true?
