...I'm Back to the gym. I was only doing cardio for the last 6 months to get ready for some fights. I pulled off a Gold in a Ju Jitsu tourney, Gold in a grappling event, and I got the city title for lightweight Boxing.
Now that I got some time before the next fight I'm back to weight training. I've lost a lot of size, and strength (lost motivation too). I need a full body workout for strength, and mass (steping up to middleweight).
Also advise on a loading phase for creatine, and other supplements would be helpful too.
