I'm starting a new work-out soon. Still a three day split and I'll be doing 3 sets (8 reps, 12 & 16). This is pretty much what I've worked out, the only body part I've not added is abs but I'll be doing 3 exercises, 3 x 15 every day I'm in the gym.

I'm really just looking for any comments, I've not finalised how I'm going to split it and that seems to be my main problem. I'm swaying towards just doing legs and abs one day and splitting the rest up but not sure whether to do back/bis and chest/shoulders/tris. I'm also planning to do a half hour cardio session after the gym (but I'll wait and see what I'm like after leg day - maybe only manage 2 cardio after the gym).

LEGS

squats,
leg press, normal position
leg press, wide angle position
leg press, closed position
calf presses, wide angle position
calf presses, normal position
individual extension (foot position angled outward)

BACK

Wide Grip Lat Pull Down
Close Grip Lat Pull Down
“Handlebar” Lat Pull Down
Seated or Machine Row

BICEPS

Standing BB Curl
DB 21s

CHEST (alternating order of exercises)

BB Bench Press
BB Incline Press
DB Fly
DB Pullover

SHOULDERS

Behind Neck BB Press
Machine Upright Row
Triset of Front Fly, Upright Row and Front Raise (alternating order of exercises)

TRICEPS

Pushdowns
Lying Xtension
Lying Xface Xtension

Anyway there it is and any input is greatly appreciated.
