Hi...

Today, I started the last week of my 8 week muscle mass program. When I logged in to input my workouts, I found a notice saying that since I am on the last week of my program, I should create a new program and creating a new program will not erase my current program. I went ahead and joined the 12 week Special Muscle Mass Program thinking that it would be effective from next week. But, guess what, it erased my current program completely and even gave me a new workout for today!!! What should I do now??? Please, help.

Wow, that is strange. There should be an option to view your current or your old program.. maybe that one just erases whatever you're currently on. Do you remember what your day is today? Bi, tris, etc.

Nope...you cannot access your previous program. Unfortunately, since you signed up today, it overwrote your program with the new one. My suggestion would be to finish this week's program using the old workout schedule you already got. Then, sign up again tomorrow so that your 12-week program starts next Monday. Not sure how to get the old one back...I guess you can e-mail the ft staff for some help.

Anyway, I did the same thing after my second and third 8-week programs. So, if I were to access my previously completed programs today, it only shows that I've completed one program. Good luck!

Well, yeasterday (on Monday), I did my shoulder workouts, then got the new schedule which says Mondays are for legs and Tuesdays are for rest. So, today (On tuesday, yeah it already started here in India), instead of resting, I did the leg workout as per my new 12 week program and completed what I should have done yesterday. I must say, I felt a lot better. It's tough, but it's fun. I think, I would stick to the new one as my old schedule is gone. I hope, that's okay.

Thanks and have a nice day.
