hey i want to start a program that fits in to my day which is i work noon till 10 at night, saturday thru wednesday, i have 2 kids under 5 help! i need to lose weight and tone, have to have breast reduction in about 1 yr 1/2. I need to feel good in this skin of mine

Start with whatever gets you motivated. Cut back on the sugars, fats, bad carbs. Add exercise; maybe walk with the kids, they LOVE walking and it is good for them, too! After a few rounds of walking use high intensity walking, start out slow, then quicken your pace for a bit, then drop it back to where it was and etc. Get a good stroller that will fit them both if you want and push away, that is always some good exercise! Add some weights, just do something and keep doing it! YOU CAN DO IT! :)

Hi bandsaw, I just joined a gym on Tuesday November 16/04. I go 3 days a week, only doing cardio right now first thing in the early mornings cause I too have Kids (3) and for me the best time to exercise during the week is 6am cause they are still sleeping. I am having a program put together on what to work at next wednesday night. If you don't mind me asking, how much do you weigh...I am right now at 222lbs....
