1. When is the best time to have my whey and egg powder shake? The label says 40 minutes before exercising. Or do I take if after exercising? I exercise at night, about 4-5 hours before sleeping due to my schedule, can I still take the shake? Also, can I take it on days when I don't exercise
2. I saw creatine! Should I take it? I'm not hardcore into bodybuilding, very mild. If I do take it, should it be with the whey or on by itself? When is the best time to take this? Need I cycle my creatine intake?
