Hey all,
I am 19 years old, 170lbs, and I am involved in hockey at college here. I have been working out every other day (that I'm not playing hockey) for about a year, roughly three days a week. I have been taking whey for a couple of months and just began taking creatine monohydrate yesterday. I have a month break in hockey coming up in a week. Is it reasonable to assume that during this month I can bulk up, utilizing the creatine and whey and when hockey begins take advantage of a "tone-up program" to lose the unwanted fat I gained during bulk-up? Sorry for the long post.

Just for my curiousity: I read all these ads about huuuge gains with creatine. What are some ACTUAL gains have people achieved here on FT??

1-. decide what you want: muscles or abs? cant fo both at same time. if it is possible, you wont do anyone good.

2-. personnaly, creatine doesm´t make any efect on me. i didnt see any results at all. bu you know everybody is different, thats just me. lets see what other people tell you. what really worked for me was increase my protein shakes and food. sriuosly i think thats the best combo is protein + amino acids

Thanks,

Looking for abs in the long run, but more mass in the beginning.
