deadlifts..........just seems so natural of a movement
band squats.......whew talking bout sore next day.

If I have to choose I'd say bench press.
I enjoy my entire upper body workouts except shoulders....and it shows :( I can't build shoulders and calves for nothin!

Bentover rows and barbell curls.

I can do "crazy" weight with the rows and there's something cool about seeing your biceps swell up during curls.Wish I could find a calf exercise I could grow to love....

I just found a good morning. I had a trainer that had me do these. I wondered if they were safe for my neck and back, being a petite woman.
