im just wondering if someone can give me some excersises to help get stronger wrists cause mine are really weak

you want incredibly strong wrists just buy a powerball from www.powerballs.com or www.powerballs.co.uk i just bought one they are amazing

find somthing a squueze it, tennis ball etc.

next try this....once or twice a week i used to do it, cause mine where bad(from cheering)

get a light db(5 6 lbs)
*rest your forearm on knee(palm down),let hang hang overdo 20 reps bring it up toward you.
*next turn it, where side of arm inon knee and thum is up,bring thumb back toward you, kind like you hithiking.
*next put back of arm on knee, and bring you han toward you do about 20 each side.
*lay on you back, and cross you chest with you arm,thumb pointing floore, raise the hand out, pinky out ward.(like milking a cow)

Take a stick, I use half of an old hockey stick, tie the center of the stick to a ten/five pound weight with a rope about 3 feet long. Stand and hold the stick horizontally with your arms straight out and, using your wrist, curl the weight all the way up to the stick and then back down to the ground. The way down is worse than the way up. I learned this in ice hockey for my wrist shot.
