If i put my protein and amino acid supplement in water and the put a scoop of Creatine in it will iget gains?

take your creatine a good 2 hours away from your protein in plain water or better in grape juice. as it absorbs better.

just take it 20 minutes within your pwo shake, since your body is pretty absorbant by then... but mix the creatine in plain water, and take it right away... don't just mix it with the water and let it sit there for a while...

When loading, simply mix it with water and take it right away. Try to avoid taking it around meals since food can hinder uptake.

When just doing maintenance, take it about 20-30 minutes into your PWO shake (don't mix it with the shake, just mix it with a small glass of water and chug that or if you're nuts, spoon it into your mouth.) Your body will be releasing a good dose of insulin by then (if you use a malto/dex pwo combo) and uptake into muscles will be great.
