Hello, I'm new here and I'm looking to break free of the plateau I seem to be in. I'm an active person, I work out 4 days per week and eat healthy, when not working out or working, I run my 3 kids around. I'm newly divorced and lost quite a bit very fast initially, lost alot of muscle tone, but have since rebuilt and am now looking to lose more fat, just seem to be "stuck" in that area. I biuld muscle easily, but the extra lbs are lingering. Just looking for suggestions. Thanks----Gin

Welcome to freetrainers ginbrady. Did you think of changing your workout to help break the plateau? How long have you been working out?
