Around 20 days ago, i came to this site and thought execising FT specials CHEST MASS PROGRAM. and downloaded weak one`s exercises. BUT i was unable to perform due to some mishaps and injury......now im totally fit. but today when i changed my program for a newer date, i found that most of the exercises were changed(for the same fitness plan) and i didnt change my stats either.
what i wanna ask is: y is this happening......i mean y there are different exercises in the same program for the same person.
what should i do...........
should i follow the newer one?
plz guide me.
thanx.

The program changes because that's how it was designed. If you only have 1 week in the original, just start over.

Please help. I tried to click on the Special Chest Building Program, but it won't let me. I'm new to this, but I've been working out for 6 years now, mostly without weights. Now I want to go the next level and would like to learn how to access this program. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

SPC Fox, welcome to FT and thanks for what you're doing. You have to check off weights AND machines in order to have accessto most special programs. If you only have machines, check both anyway and then you can substitute exercises. Make sense? For the most part the special programs work the body part harder on a given day andthen allow a greater recovery time before hitting them again. Hope this helps.

The program won't let you substitute unless you are professional.
Merry Christmas, and keep up the good work in Iraq.
