I was just wondering if anybody has used Creatine Ethyl Ester cee for short i've been reading and it sounds like it'd be real effective any info would be appreciatted

Yaeh I saw this in a mag and was wondering about it too. If Creatine is good, then more soluble, more absorbable creatine would be better right?

creatine powder with apple juice...good old fashioned creatine...add sugar to improve absorbtion....those gimmicky things may improve absorbtion by maybe 5%...yet you gonna pay X times more for the supplement...just stick to generic...creatine powder...or micronized creatine powder...period

All studies we have done and user feedback was phenomenal absorbation compared to creatine monohydrate was up alomost 150% Virtually no water retention,no loading, all subjects did quite well off CEE. You should see posts from forum members here soon about their results from our Creatine ethyl ester
