I was wondering how closly do you monitor your calories every day? Do you count them as closly as you can, like down to the last calorie or do you round off the numbers. I was just wondering because I try to count them as close as I can and take alot of grief from other people when I look at the calories on food. I'm kindof obsesive about the whole calorie thing I guess.

Yeah so am I, not just about counting calories but counting carbs, fats, proteins. I don't think its obessive well maybe a little, it's just that most other people don't care what they eat. And we do, so ask yourself what's better?

well, I don't actually count every calorie for calorie, but i estimate the calories farely well. I do measure cups and ounces though. I really don't worry about the protein, because i know I get enough. I eat a lot of it and I only weigh 150 so you know, it's kinda easy for me. But I do watch carbs. The food I eat doesn't really have a lot fat, so i do'nt really pay attention to that either. I used to be obsessed with counting calories and everything, and yeah many people were looking at me weird when I'd look at the nutrition facts, but they're used to it already.
