my icon won't show up..how come?

I tried to upload an icon...and it uploads...says that it will wait for moderator approval...yet never appears....I first tried full size pic...but then realized u gotta be professional...so i uploaded small icon pic...of me...yet it also won't appear? what's the deal?

Hi menace, You can put up a full sized picture. You just can't see it fullsize without FT Pro. If it doesnt show up soon, email it to
