3 weeks ago i started a new routine.
the split is one day legs one day all upper body and the next day rest. i do this twice a week.
2 exercices for big muscles and one for small muscles.
personally, it has works wonders for my legs: my butt has growth and my hams are getting bigget and bigger. legs twic a week really works for me.
regardering my upper body, it is going slowly not as good as my legs so i wouild like a change.
the problem is, i have a big torax and big triceps, but my arms look kind of thin : my shoulders dont come out like a head and my bicep is as big as i want them to be.
so i was thiking on a shoulders/bi´s specializatipon routine. i was thinking on working hard this muscles twice a week and do like a maintenace work for my chest and tri´s.
WHat do you think?
i am looking for symmetry and less size right now.
On day one, for biceps do barbell standing curls/dumbell seated preacher curls/concentration curls. Then a few days later do standing forearms barbell curls/seated hammer curls/standing alternate dumbell curls. This has worked for me in terms of adding more mass to the biceps.
