Hey ya`ll,
I`m new here and glad to see that there is a lot of people here. I was surfing the web and ran into this place looking for answers. And by reading some posts, there seems to be alot of input. To get to the point, I have poland syndrome, it`s a birth defect(multi) and it`s really hard to focus on building muscle if you really don`t know the right techniques. I`m missing muscles on the leftside of my chest, left shoulder and upper left back. I also have a few missing in my bicep, forearm and had a webbed lefthand until I had them surgerically separated.
So the big question, does anybody know who I can contact to get some really good lifting ideas because I want to be the first poland syndrome body builder just to be able to compete and just maybe to fulfil a long time dream to stand on a stage and flex what little I have....
Love you guys,
Little Ray

I'm afraid I don't know about bodybuilding, but I do know that they do weightlifting at the paralympics. If that appealed maybe you could look into that?
