I found an article in a mag about pull ups. Following this articles advice, I am decresing sets an increasing reps each week. The idiea is to do 24 pull ups in sets of 2 the first week then 3 the next week. this continues in sets of 4,6,8 &12. The goal is to be able to do 12 pullups in a set after 7 weeks. I am supplimenting this by using the helper rack to get 2 sets of 10 after the straight pullups. My lats were sore fo 3 days.
What do you guys think? will I reach my goal of twelve like this? What do I do to continue to a set of 20?
