WAnglais1 Posts: 329 Joined: 2003/10/23	2004/11/22, 03:11 PM Okay, my gym has changed franchises. They were Gold's...but now are "Planet Fitness." There's a lot of stuff about being a "judgement free zone." But, here's the kicker...they seem to be taking out a lot of the free weights. They have left one flat, one decline and one inclined bench. The plate loaded leg press is gone (I love that thing) and some other stuff is out the door as well. There will be no more aerobic classes, either. Anyone ever heard of this company? The one good thing is my monthly fee has been cut in half to $19.98. Comments? Observations?

Are all of them doing that? hecdarec Posts: 2,457 Joined: 2003/12/16	2004/11/24, 10:10 AM The first thing I did when I joined the Gold's gym was get a travel pass. My pass is good until July of 05. My gym recently ended their contract with Gold's, but I still got that travel pass! When I am traveling I find the Gold's and go workout. -------------- I am not conceited; I am convinced.
