Hi, my name is Djati, I'm located in Japan. I have problem with calculating the total weight exercise. I realize that machine like "leg extensions", "machine leg curls", etc can create unbalance among the muscles. That is why always did only right leg first and then only left leg with some weith on it. Freetrainers.com provides me with some excercise practice, however there is no guidance on calculating total exercise if I do it my way. Does anybody know how to calculate total weight exercise if as example in "leg extensions" I did 20 times with right leg and 20 times with left leg, both with 13 kg of weight.
