I am starting the last week of my 8 weeks Gain Muscle Mass Training, and wanted to know what should be my next stop. I have seen improvement, but I am not near by gold. Do I start over, or do another routine?

Rest for a week or so...this did wonders for me! After that, start over, try the 12-week mass program or create your own routine.
