I ate this stuff today, and enjoyed it so much! I thought that it wouldn't taste all that great because it was practically fat free, but it tastes delicious! I know that this ham is packed with sodium, but it's also packed with protein. 14 grams per 3 ounces, 5 grams of carbs, and 2 grams of fat. Not bad huh? Well except for the sodium. nearly 1000 per 3 ounces. :surprised: yikes...oh well, it's not like I do it all the time. By the way, I ate it with the double fiber wheat bread I've been talking about. I don' think I'm going to count it as a cheat meal though. And if it should be counted as a cheat meal, then I'm having 2 cheat meals this week! lol Hope you all have a Happy Turkey Day!
