Probably my #1 is Beverly. Great quality, great quality. Oh yeah great quality and even some honesty. Old school but with an A+.

I guess I should add, I use a variety of stuff from a variety of companies.(If I buy ready made, I always look at Beverly's prices first).

As far as Now, I use alot of their vitamin lines. Middle of the road prices, good GMP.

Optimum is much like other supp companies, some good stuff, alot of junk too. If you stick with the basics, protein, etc, most any these days is ok. Start getting into the realm of real supplements, it is time to do some homework and not fall for advertising hype.

Most of my proteins I don't buy from any one company any more, except in a pinch. I usually go to places like trueprotein.com and make my own blend, I like to buy in bulk things like ALA, BCAA's, glutamine, etc.

If I do buy a ready made product, I usually shop vitaglo.com(have yet to beat their prices..free shipping any order over 50 dollars), mysupplementstore.com is also good.

i like holland and barret natural food centre and it's .co.uk for dried fruits, supplements etc...
pure creatine monohydrate £39.99 a kilo(i buy it during 50% off sales for £19.99)- hate flavours just this in water or grape juice.
glucosamine 1000mg from woods, isle of man. 2 a day- sore elbow and i do believe this stops it. £19.99 for 365.
zinc from h&b.less than £3
kelp from h&b.less than £4 for loads
90% gourmet whey protein £21.99 for 908g (again at 1/2 price £11 seasonally
hey, i'll try most things anyway to see what i think, like the guarana, chamomile tea and ginseng
