Well today I hit my nutritional daily goal righ ton the head, 30 grams more protein then i needed, 200 calories below recommended, just about perfect on carbs and 5 grams of fat less than max as well! Thanks to all who have helped me figure out a scheme to go by, the pasta tip was the key ingredient!
