Hey all! I am starting here at FreeTrainers as a freshman in high school. I way 120 lbs., I wrestle and play football. I am interested in gaining strength, speed, and size and impressing the opposite sex. lol. Well, I need help with something. On some of my workouts, like crunches for example, it has the input weight. What do I put there for things like crunches? Do i put my body weight, or is that for added weight? Also, can anyone give me step by step instructions to make a good tasting shake? I have whey, and I don't know what to add to it to get the most benefit. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to FT wreslerball18

For your crunches you can just input 0 for your weight.

If you are having your whey immediately after working out (which you should) then the best thing to mix it with is water, as it gets to the muscles quicker this way (although doesn't taste so good!) and you should also add some dextrose/maltose to replace the muscles energy stores which you will have used up. If you are having the shake at other times as well then you can mix it with milk at these other times.

good luck :)
