Finished a 2nd 8 week program (16 weeks total) "Weight loss & Definition" with extra shoulders program added. The training was almost the same except for the cardio which I changed from endurance to a less intensive level of 2x10 min sessions, first to warm up, and 2nd to cool down. Trained 5 days per week in the am, Did high reps and lower weight levels. My body fat dropped another 3% and down 2 pounds. @pounds is not much in 8 weeks considering I put on muscle, thats why we don't like "scales".Pant size went from 36 to 32. Ate 5 times per day, balanced food, nothing in a box (except high protein cereal) or a can, and had 1 cheat meal per week on a Saturday or Sunday. So now, I will take my usual 2 day break and start another program on Monday with extra shoulders and chest exercises.

Good luck to anybody who does the programs and feel free to email me with questions.

Well done on the results. You're right - best way to judge how you're doing is through the clothes you wear. Good luck on the next programme.
