Hi! I am here to shed about 40 pounds, already lost 40 since my baby was born on Sept. 4th 2004...I just started the FT...seems like the workouts designed for me and all the rest days won't help me much, are the rest days important? Today is my rest day, and I feel like I am missing out on doing something for this body of mine. I am 38 years old and have a newborn and a 16 and 13 year old, back when I had my first children, I lost 110 pounds by working out every day, no weight training,no treadmill or bike, just Slim Fast and aerobics every day, and walking everyday as well. I was thin but I wasn't strong or defined really. Will these workouts make me look stronger and more defined? I am hoping by spring of 2005????Is this possible?
