I would like some ideas on what to add or change during my 8 week program to help my gains in mass get better. Lately I feel like it's always the same thing now but it really isn't because my excercises are not the same every week, and I change my grip here and there. I have been eating quite a bit but also taking Whey Protein, Animal Stak & Animal Pak. The Universal products have helped my workouts so much. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Do you eat enough? Actually a nutrition not adapted to the work out is often the biggest problem.
Try to calculate your needs.

Muscles need lots of calories to grow.

yeah that may be the problem but I feel like I eat a lot! At times I feel like I'm eating too much. But I guess I should eat more. I'll try and calculate everything.

Sirks, I had to keep what's called a "captains log". I during mass I carry around a notebook everywhere I go and write down the stats on what I eat. It's tedious but extremely effective in helping you reach your nutritional goals. Once you get used to doing it, you won't even notice.

You know what Cain, you're absolutely correct! That is exactly what I should start doing. It's a great idea. Thx a lot Cain.

:) Happy to help. Now you're going to realize how hard it actually is to eat that much!! My goals were like 5200 Cals, 585 Carbs and 320 protein. I had to use the minimum10% variance to even be able to get close.

Man Cain, that is a ton. I think I am somewhere close to 4000. I have calculated the ratio for a list of meals, their calories, fat, protein, etc. I keep the list handy and fix meals from it. That way I cut down on how many little things I am writing. So, on a given day I have 6 meals- and I can pretty much tell you how many calories they are and what I have consumed. It works very well for the most part. You have to find out what your cheat meals consist of and when away from home, do a little homework, but that's about it.

Yeah, it's what ft assigned me! Remember I weigh 260 though. I can tell you exactly how many calories, proteins, and carbs are in cottage cheese, tuna, chicken, all my supps, etc. I do memorize them, but I still write them down to keep the habit. I include any "cheat" meals in my figures.
