My dad and brother go deer hunting every year. This year they got 4 deer between the both of them. Now that all the kids are out of the house my parents were left with 4 deer worth of meat, so they gave me a whole lot. Everything from tenderloins to just roasts and cubed chunks. Now I have made some of it into jerky, but i still have a whole lot left. Does anyone know any recipes on how to cook it? My mom always just cooked stews and fried it. All I could think of was a big vat of chili (it was amazing by the way). But any help or recipes would be appreciated.

My favorite is sausage, though I have never made it all by myself. Do a "how to make sausage out of venison" with google and see what you get, I'm sure there are many suggestions.
