Hi waterdog, welcome to FT!
Cut your cardio back to 20 minutes 3 times a week, increase your clean calories because you aren't eating enough, lose three of the egg yolks, forget the hydroxicut stuff, lift heavy more often and be patient.
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

she is right.
for weight loss need to reduce carbs and fat or just eat cleaner. eat more protein too, the more protein you eat, the more fat you will lose.
remember to eat every 3 hours smalls meal high in protein, so you will accelerate your metabolism.
and yes, forget about pills.
HARD WORK, CLEAN DIET, PATIENCE AND PERSEVERANCE ARE THE KEY.

I am beginer here, I am just getting ready to start using this site. I never exercised and do not know the basics of exercising also. Thats why i like this site. it is very helpful for mr. I am reading the forums and came across this forum. I also want to loose weight. So, we should not do cardio everyday if we want to lose wight. Is that what you are saying. Please explain. I created a personal exercise plan and i am going to follow that. It includes weights in it. Please explain me. I was going to do the weights and cardio everyday. Will that be wrong. Please advise. I was to loose weight and shape my body. Thanks for your help in advance.
