Thanks, I started smoking 5 years ago, stupid move I know, and hopefully I can quit this, but I have been working hard on my abs, and it's still fat..ugh.

How often do I eat, and what? I heard you are suppose to eat like a baby, every 2 to three hours, but this scares me...trying to lose 40 more pounds. I have a newborn, should I eat when she does?

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day, spaced no more than 3 hours apart.
Do not eat when you are feeding your baby, focus on your baby and eat when the baby is done. Keep your calories clean, choose only the foods from the bodybuilder grocery list and be patient. Keep reading the posts on the nutrition board, there is a lot to learn.

Ah excellent, that is the list I was using I just accessed it from a diffrent area. Guess I am on the right track hehe! Tks.
