I have a really bad sweet tooth, and according to my nutrition plan I am supposed to have 21g of fat per day... is there anything sweet that has low fat? Because when looking over my food in my house I know I can eaisly go over my fat content in like 2 mins. lol.

And I have been reading about supplements on your message board are you reffering to like hydroxy cut and things like that? Or vitamens? I take the womans one a day for weight loss is that sufficent?

Well, the short answer is yes, but there is a catch. Most "sweet" things that are fat free are loaded with sugars, and this in many ways is worse than fats, especially good fats. Rising and falling blood sugars is a sure way to sabatoge any fat loss program.

Your vitamin is probably your best bet as far as the supplements you currently use or are thinking about using. Hydroxycuts, etc. do nothing but lighten your wallet.

The key to all this, have your diet in order. Forget looking for the supplements, they simply are not out there no matter what. If you ask enough, you will probably find someone who will tell you something is good, and worked for them, but if you question them further, you and they will realize they changed their diet and added exercise, that is what worked, not the pill.
