i've been following this board for a month now, been lifting three with decent gains. Just hoping with all the info floating around if some people would put down some solid recommendations about what to take. Im looking to build mass and muscle, and any help would be apprectiated.

3 hours?,3 days?, 3 weeks? 3 months?, 3 years?
For a beginer... eat eat eat... whey protein for after workouts.......and a mutivitamen for good overall health.

just stick to a good routine, nice clean diet, protein, vitamins and hardwork
