Okay, so I do the workout, drink the Whey PWO shake mixed up with the 50/50 additions. 1/2 at first and then sip the other half. The question is...I'm not sure how to phrase this. It causes me to urinate a lot. I mean a lot. Perhaps every 20-30 minutes for a couple of hours. Is this because of all the water I put away with the workout and then the water to mix the shake? Or is it something else?

I P freely too. I am sure it's the pre,during and post workout water.
