Hi
I have a few questions:

1.) How long would it take for me before i start noticing some results?

2.) When i do crunches (sit-ups) i ind that it hurts a bone at the bottom of my back (i think it is the remains of that tail bone). Am i doing it wrong? if yes what?

3.)When i do Home squats i find that my knee hurts around the knee-cap area. What am i doing wrong?

Please help
Thanks

Hi
I have a few questions:

1.) How long would it take for me before i start noticing some results? IT MAY TAKE 3-4 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR BODY COMPOSITION CHANGES,HAVE PATIENCE IT WILL COME.

2.) When i do crunches (sit-ups) i ind that it hurts a bone at the bottom of my back (i think it is the remains of that tail bone). Am i doing it wrong? if yes what?
YOU MADE NEED A PAD BENEATH YOU FOR SUPPORT,ALSO WHEN DOING A CRUNCH LET YOUR ABS DO THE WORK NOT THE REST OF YOUR BODY,CONCENTRATE ON STOMACH CONTRACTIONS FOR THE BEST RESULT,THE MIND TO MUSCLE PATHWAY
3.)When i do Home squats i find that my knee hurts around the knee-cap area. What am i doing wrong?
FIRST ON THIS ,YOU MIGHT NEED TO WRAP YOUR KNEES ,IF YOUR LIKE ME I HURT MINE SQUATTING,AND ALSO IT MAY BE THE WAY YOU PERFORM THE EXERCISE,IF A BEGINNER DON'T GO TO FAR DOWN ,WORK UP TO IT
please help
Thanks

for squats make sure you are positionign your exactly feet parallel to each other(so mark a line, and line up your heels against it)....pount toes at 45 degree....if you use close stance, put 2.5 paltes under your heels to get down to parallel...if you use wider stance make sure you also hit parallel or lower...keep arch in your back....elbows in...pretend like you're about to sit down...going back and down with your butt...and then on wya up slighly forward and up...don't lean too much forward however....i used to have an uncomfortable feelign/pop in knees...and as soon as i tweaked my form it went away....go to powerlifting section of the forum for lots of useful info

Realistically speaking before you notice 'significant' result..it will be 6 months to a year...so be patient...focus more on strength gains using good form than body composition....generally strength preceeds body changes
