FIRST ON THIS ,YOU MIGHT NEED TO WRAP YOUR KNEES ,IF YOUR LIKE ME I HURT MINE SQUATTING,AND ALSO IT MAY BE THE WAY YOU PERFORM THE EXERCISE,IF A BEGINNER DON'T GO TO FAR DOWN ,WORK UP TO IT
