I'm VERY dumb about when to take supplements, so I'm leaving this for you guys to comment on::)

Morning 5 mins before breakfast- 1 teaspoon of L-
Glutamine.
Evening after third meal of the day- 2 tablespoons of egg
and whey protein

Night- . 2 tablespoons of egg and
whey protein after training and 5g of
creatine monohydrate 20 mins later with my fifth
and final meal of the day. I sleep 3-4 hours later.
All supps are mixed with water.

I'm going to follow this for my loading and maintenance phase. I know protein is a continuous thing, but how long should I take creatine and L-Glut before stopping? Do I then reload and maintain? Do tell!
And to acheive best results, what do you suggest? I'm a student and I don't want to spend a bomb on supps, so is this okay? :(

Thank you! Hope my supp intake will be better after this!

How much protein is in 2 tbsp? I can't imagine that being enough, especially so post workout. ANd you should have some fast digesting simple carbs like dextrose and or maltodextrin. (this is of course depending on how you workout, if you "earn" it so to speak). Feel free also to include glutamine in your post workout regimine.

2 tablespoon is about 30 ish grams, I think. So, glut when after cardio? Before or after protein or creatine?

I am surprised at any protein that 2 tbsp. would be 30 gr. I think you should double check this.

Glutamine after each workout, and cardio will not hurt. Even when you get up in the morning if you have the funds. But post workout is prime.

2 tablespoons and 30 grams of protein? What kind is it? My protein only has 23 grams for a bit more than 2 tablespoons. Are you sure that's what it is? BB1, what do you mean by "if you "earn" it so to speak".

If a person is just a casual trainer, for instance talks alot between sets, does his/her workout but not in a real bodybuilding style(intense), then this post workout shake is not needed for them as it will simply be extra calories because their body does not need it(nothing much to recover from!)

Oh, well I think it's about 20-ish, I'm not very sure. L-glut after workout? How do I time it. I take whey directly after finishing work out and 20 mins later creatine. When does l-glut come in?
And hmm, I need not take creatine and glut all year long, right? I thought if cycling them for 3 months, off one month and 3 months again....

You can take your glutamine eiteher immediately, or mix with your creatine.

Take your glutamine year round. Creatine is your choice, but 6-8 weel cycle is about the norm.

So, finally, about timing the supp intake. I thought og glut in the morning daily, creatine in the evenings daily and protein after I work out then 20 mins later glut plus creatine.
But I might work out in evenings, so it could be glut in the morning daily, protein after I work out then 20 mins later glut plus creatine and creatyine at night at dinner?
How should I optimally arrange when to take each? I don't wanna use to much as they're pricey. Could anyone help???

If worried about price, then go with the pwo option only. This is prime time.

Oh, ok then. But I'll try what I wrote earlier, for 2 months and see if there are results. If not, I'll change or stop glutamine. Creatine and whey are important, right?

Protein is number 1. Without it, anything else you do will be useless. Creatine is your next best bet, and then glutamine.

Yeah, that I know. But still, when should I take protein and creatine and glutamine? So many people are saying many things. My idea was protein in the evening with my third meal, protein and creatine post after workout and glut before bed. What is the final word on the timing?
And when loading, can I substitute protein in the evenings for creatine?
And thanks, bb1fit, you've been very helpful.

What you propose is very good.

I summize when you refer to loading, you are referring to creatine?? If so, when loading creatine, you must do it each time you are supposed to on your loading phase. Always do your protein.
