Specific Hair removal product question

I happened to come across some 'new' hair removal product called "Finally Free" and was interested to hear if any of you all have heard or even maybe used this product. The website for it is... http://www.nevershaveagain.com/searchresult.aspx?categoryid=2

It states that it is more permanent than Electrolysis but without any pain.
I am mainly interested in the answers to these following questions:

Is it actually effective?

Did it cause any pain or discomfort?

Was it easy to use?

Did it cause any irritations to the skin?

Would you recommend someone else to use the product, and is it worth the money you would spend on it?

Nevermind, I just found out that this product is completely and utterly useless and all claims made by this company are false in its entirety.
