I was wondering what’s everyone’s body fat percentage at the moment? I was 20% a couple weeks ago and now I’m apparently 18.8% but I haven’t noticed much difference from being 20 and now 18.8%. I would like to get my body fat to 17% do you think I’ll notice more of a difference then?

Take photos every two weeks - you will see a difference. When you look at yourself every day you don't notice small changes, but when you see the pictures it will show.

mine is higher than that - I would rather not say (too high for me) my goal is to get it to 20%

18.8 is very good for a female...I believe 12-14 is considered lean/very lean like of a runners body....18-22 or 22-25 is avg for a female...I get contradictory results from different places......so 18-25 is the range....the distribution of fat over the body creates the effect of whether you're 'avg' or 'chubby' in terms of perception...
