I got this book from Men's Health magazine and am reading it now. It sounds like a real good plan, and I am considering go on this plan. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about it, or if they have done it. Just looking for some info before I try it.
Well, any sound program if followed will yeild results. I am not a big fan of Men's health, they are not what I would call "authorities" in the field of bodybuilding. But, if you are just beginning, again, any decent program will work for you. You could have gotten the same and more here for free.
